The Season

This season, Adrenaline VBC will be participating in the NCVA Power League.  This includes a 2-day qualifying tournament, three (3) Power League Tournaments, and a 2-day Regional Championships.  In addition to the participating in the Power League, all Adrenaline VBC teams will participate in the 2-day California Kick-off, and other local, regional, or national tournaments that fit each teams ability level.  All tournaments are MANDATORY.

Pricing

While we are working to secure the best rates on hotel accommodations and air-fare (air-fare for 17's/18's travel to Las Vegas), here are the estimated costs for the 2009-2010 season using the initial quotes that have been given to us:

12’s/13’s - $700

14’s – 16’s - $1400

17’s and 18’s - $2000

All prices above include the California Kick-Off, 2010 Power League (Area League for 12’s/13’s), Far Westerns (including hotel accommodations for players), The Southern California Qualifier (17’s and 18’s) including hotel, and the Las Vegas Invitational (17’s and 18’s) including air-fare and hotel accommodations.  We will be doing multiple fundraisers to offset the cost for this season.

2009/2010 Age Information

18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1991 or Players who were born on or after September 1, 1990 and a high school student during some part of the current academic year

17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992

16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993

15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994

14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997

 

PRACTICES

Each Adrenaline VBC team has two (2) practices per week.  Practices are typically during the week and will take place at Gavilan College in Gilroy.  All practices are in the evening and are MANDATORY unless other arrangements are made between the player and the coach.  

History

Adrenaline Volleyball Club was founded in 2005.  It was created to continue the tradition of volleyball being accessible to girls in the south county area.  Adrenaline Volleyball Club follows the example set by the Golden Oak Volleyball which was founded in 1996. 

The League

Adrenaline Volleyball Club competes in a league governed by the NCVA (Northern California Volleyball Association) and USA Volleyball.
