Please bring your NCVA membership pass that you receive after you register with the NCVA.  Also, please check back for any forms that may be needed throught the season.  No forms are necessary for tryouts other than your NCVA Membership Pass if you purchase it prior to tryouts.  You may also buy a tryout pass the day of tryouts.
